This starts when you walk in the door and sit down in your stylists chair. Greeted by a smiling face, checked-in, and offered a complimentary beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Once you sit down and get comfy, your stylist will do a thorough consultation about your hair desires. Digging deep and reading in-between the lines to give you the hair of your dreams, while also taking your lifestyle and budget into consideration. Once your consultation is complete you will have a chance to look at our Added Value Menu. This is a list of services that take little to no time to complete and can be added onto your reservation that day. Some of these services are facial waxing, brow tinting, steamed hair facial, and a steamed mini facial. If you are interested in adding one or more of these onto your service, let your provider know and they add them to your reservation. Let's move on to our luxury shampoo process. Our wash-house is equipped with dim lighting and a partition wall to give privacy. Using concentrated, clean products, your stylist will tailor what they are using to your specific hair needs. During the conditioning process you will be offered a steamed towel to go over your face, or around your neck and a scalp massage to relieve tension and promote relaxation. Once all is complete, we will wrap your hair up in a towel to keep your clothes under the cape dry. Once the service is complete and you are headed up front, your service provider will have the products they selected tailored for you lined up so we can explain them one more time. We stand firmly behind our product lines here and will always give you any recommendations as well as help you complete your perfect beauty at home routine!
